Uncover their journey through food demonstrations, sampling of local delights—such as chicken rice, laksa, kaya toast and nonya kuehs—and take home food souvenirs like kaya jam, coffee, instant pastes and cookies inspired by local flavours. Feel free to take photos at our nostalgic yesteryears displays to reminisce the old-school charm of Singapore.

Note that food demonstrations and samplings take place only on weekends, from 10am-1pm.
